MQ Fit Bike is a new way for customers to find the right bike that supports the goals of long-term healthy and performant cycling. It enables a seamless customer journey on all channels, including on the web, on mobile and in-store.
It supports customers with the non-trivial task of choosing the best model, frame size and configuration for their individual body proportions and seating position. This helps to drive customer satisfaction and increase sales while also reducing returns.
HOW IT WORKS
▶ Bikes are pre-digitized using the bike geometries information like seat tube length, seat tube angle, top tube length, stack and reach.
▶ 3D avatar interactions are analysed by the biomechanics engine to extract the key parameters to judge the bike fitting.
▶ We let customer‘s digital twin virtually interact with different bikes and we imitate the real-life-experience under different conditions. We take into account key parameters like knee angle, hip angle, upper body angle, shoulder angle, center of mass position.
▶ Our recommendation proposes the best matching bike based on data, AI and proven biomechanical methods.
▶ The engine forwards the results to the user and suggests a bike or a selection of different bikes to choose from. If a certain bike is out of stock, the smart engine proposes a similar product.
The data is processed immediately and transformed from complexity into user-friendly, accurate and clear formats, simplifying the decision-making process founded in substantiated science.
